Hey Ray,

Did you ever figure this out?  This is exactly what I need to. Please post the solution if you have it.

Thanks!

There is a working example on the home page that uses video from Vimeo and Google Videos.

Give it try...

<a rel="shadowbox[Mixed];width=setwidth;height=setheight" href="embedlink">movie</a>
<a rel="shadowbox[Mixed];width=setwidth;height=setheight" href="embedlink">movie</a>
<a rel="shadowbox[Mixed];width=setwidth;height=setheight" href="embedlink">movie</a>
<a rel="shadowbox[Mixed];width=setwidth;height=setheight" href="embedlink">movie</a>

The Shadowbox Usage Page shows you how to make a gallery using the correct Shadowbox markup and provides an example here.

When posting your markup here on the forum follow these simple steps:

0. Login and paste your markup into the Message Box.
1. Mouse select the markup you just pasted.
2. Press the More Button from the Message Box Toolbar.
3. Select Raw text from the drop down menu. DONE!

If I don't respond to your POST, it's your inability to provide your markup correctly.

Check out a few DEMOS I made that are here in this forum.

The usage page doesn't provide much about playing videos from the two sites in the example (Vimeo and Google Video). You have to dig a little deeper on your own, if go to /assets/demo.js you can see whats going on.

First, in the "a" link the example on the Home Page, it's not using rel="" to call shadowbox (see below)

<a title="The Last Eggtion Hero" href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf"><img src="gallery/eggtion-thumb.jpg" alt="" class="border"></a>

It is using the js code below for the Vimeo Example:

Shadowbox.setup('a[title="The Last Eggtion Hero"]', {
        height:     360,
        width:      640,
        flashVars:  {
            clip_id:    "1893986",
            autoplay:   "1"
        }
    });

I am assuming that Vimeo provides the "clip_id" in the embed link info via their site.

Just make sure when you download the shadowbox files from the "Download" page to click

- External sites and pages
- Flash (swf files)
&
- Flash video (flv files) *just to be safe
- CSS Selectors *if you need this

Play around with it a bit, a little trial and error never hurt. happy coding

Your code example works perfectly for sharing multiple videos, however I can't seem to figure out how to manage the sequence of which video plays first, second, etc. Is there code that allows your first video to initially play instead of the second one?

Here's a DEMO that I made that does this.

2. Press the More Button from the Message Box Toolbar.
3. Select Raw text from the drop down menu. DONE!
